A verified lead is a prospect who is willing and qualifying to buy/ sell a property in 6 – 9 months. Each lead is filtered through ISA verification before delivering it to our partnering agents. 

We run our marketing campaigns over 200 different platforms including; PPCs, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website & Back-linking, and Influencer Marketing.

We assign zip codes to only a single agent to maximize the opportunity of business for our partnering agents and to avoid multiple realtors bothering our verified clientele.

Ranging from 2 to 12 leads a month depending on the Plan our partner agent signups for. 

Usually, referrals are transferred to our referral partners via scheduled 3 way live calls where the prospect is introduced to the agent before handing over the details. In the case, an agent is not available to accept the live call details of the leads are shared via text message and email or pursue with the prospect at a time convenient to the agents.
